Long time no see my friends... So what's new?
Improved behavior of note list:

  • Type a few letters of the note's name to select it.
  • Hit Enter or Return key to edit selected note's name.
  • And finally you can drag and drop notes from myNotes to virtually any application that supports drag and drop from Finder (and can open text files).

Download myNotes 1.4.3!

Hi Mishimo,
I've been looking for an alternative because of the lack of sub-groups/labels/tags, but I can't seem to find a suitable replacement for this brilliant app. I do have a few suggestions though that would make it more useful.

1. [New Feature] Sub groups. Instead of adding a fourth column for sub-groups, you could split the groups colmun in half, the top part for groups, the bottom for sub groups. Taking it further, you could auto show the sub-groups if you click on a group that has sub-groups, and auto hide if a group has no sub-groups (kind of like the item artwork viewer in itunes, except that has a button to show/hide it on the bottom-left corner)
Another solution for this feature could be a label/tag system, kind of like smart folders specific to each group (with a label/tag viewer [like the item artwork viewer in itunes] that can show/hide with a button on the status bar)?

2. Ability to Show Ruler. Like in TextEdit when you press Command+R it shows/hides the ruler, it would be nice if this was also a possibility in myNotes.
